The 32nd Annual General Meeting held at No 1 Friar
Street, Reading on May 27th, 1937.

1. The Secretary read the notice calling the meeting, the minutes of
the last annual meeting were read, confirmed and signed.
2. Fifty members having been elected wihtout enrance fee, the entrance
fee came into force again.
3. The Chairman explains the accounts and makes the Report. Proposed by
H.J.Fosbery Esq, seconded by Col.Foster that the accounts be passed.
Carried.
4. The Chairman then left the Chair. Dr Secretan takes his place and
proposes that Major Portal be re-elected Chairman. Mr West seconded.
Carried unanimously.
5. Proposed by Mr West seconded by Mr Fosbery that the Committee &
officers be re-elected en bloc. Carried.
6. Proposed by Mr Fosbery seconded by Mr a Court that a letter be
written to the Register of Transport drawing attention to the number of
various ports that are now expected to close to the road(??) are a
source of danger to life and limb.
7. Proposed by Lt.Col.Orr seconded by Miss Noble that the following
senior members of the Club be elected Honorary Life Members.

8. The Chairman proposed & Mrs Churcher seconded a vote of thanks
to Col.Orr as Hon.Sec. Carried & replied to.
9. The meeting adjourned to the Great Western Hotel for luncheon.
