CLUB
The 31st Annual General Meeting held at REading on
Saturday May 30th, 1936.
1. Present Major E.R.Portal (in the Chair), Sir A.Lowry, Mrs Loder
Symonds, Miss Noble, Mrs Palmer, Lt.Col.Orr (Hon.Sec.).
2. The Secretary read the notice calling the Meeting. The Minutes were
read agreed and confirmed.
3. Proposed by Sir A.Lowry seconded by Mrs Palmer that the accounts be
passed (carried).
4. Proposed by Sir A.Lowry seconded by Miss Noble that the entrance fee
of one guinea be further suspended (till) 50 new members have been
elected as from June 1933. See minutes of Annual Meeting 1933.
5. The Chairman left the Chair. Sir A.Lowry taking his place. Then Mrs
Loder Symonds porposed & Miss noble seconded that Major Portal be
reelected Chairman (carried).
6. The Committee & officers were re-elected en bloc.
